Industrial fibrescopes are valuable fibre optic flexible endoscopes used as inspection tools in various areas of industry.

Fiber Optic industrial fibrescopes have gained an enviable reputation for quality based upon their high quality optical system, their rugged design and the high levels of illumination transmitted by the intergral fibre optic lighting bundles.

With their heigh flexibility, these fibrescopes will allow clear pictures of even the most remote and previously inaccessible cavities without expensive disassembly or damage to the test object.

Inspection, monitoring and early recognition of damage to turbines, examination of hollow sturctures, castings etc. are typical examples of the large range of applications with these fibrescopes.

¢º DESIGN

The most important fibrescope components are high resolution image bundle made from extremely thin glass filaments which must be arranged in the same geometrical pattern at both ends, a high quality optical system and lighting fibres which efficiently transmit an intense even light, generated by a separate light source, to the inspection area.

DESIGN

¢º Operating section

Comprises of the eyepiece with dioptry focusing adjustment and the various elements for distal tip articulation. Anodized aluminium housing.

¢º Sheathing

As well as their own protective sheathing the image guide, light conductors and the articulation control elements are encased in a rugged, armoured tube which is sealed in a special plastic sheath (waterproof and heatproof up to 60¡£ C).

¢º Probe tip

It carries the lens designed for an angle of view of approx. 70¡£. The tip can be articulated up to 180¡£ with the aid of bowden control cables.

¢º Basic equipment(±âº»ÀåÄ¡)Basic equipment

In the basic kit, a fibrescope set comprised the fibrescope with integral flexible light guide 1500 mm long and suitable cold light source ( to be ordered separately).

The set can be configured with a number of optional accessories which are designed to simplify it's operation, extedn it's range of applications and allow documents via CCTV or phhotograpy.

All fibrescopes may be equipped on demand with a system to adapt 90¡£ side viewing objectives (see under accessories and price list). Special dimensions and specifications can be produced upon your request.
