Fiber Optic rigid techno-endoscopes are high quality optical inspection instruments designed for industrial applications. Precise and robust construction offer simple operation for technical diagnostics such as hidden corrosion, abrasion, cracking and welding defects. Fiber Optic rigid endoscopes offer an optical quality which supplies bright images of high resolution, good colour reproduction and full sharpness over the whole viewing field. The endoscopes are temparature resistant to 120。C and pressure resistant up to 2 bar. They are leak proof and may be immersed in most commonly used liquids except strong acids and alkalines. The ocular is equipped with a thread to allow the connection of an eyepiece for direct viewing of accessories such as CCTV and photographic adapters, magnifying ocular, angle viewer etc. ▶ DESIGN Fiber optic endoscopes consist of a high technology lens system with an objective and eyepiece built into a high grade stainless tube incorporating optical fibers specially designed for visible light transmission. The real colour image is transmitted by an achromatic lens or rod lens system for small-øprobes. The endoscopes are supplied as a standard with focusing adjustment ( 0 mm to infinity). Each standard endoscope has a fixed built-in objective with defined viewing direction and a standard viewing angle of ~55。

adjustable focus, 55˚field of view and are supplied with a flexible
fibre optic light cable 1500mm long (or other length if required)
in a protective carrying case. 1 = 0˚or 10˚ direction of view

The basic kit consists
of an endoscope, wooden case, light guide cable and a suitable light
source.(Each item to be ordered separately- see pricelist.)The set
can be configured with a number of optional accessories which are
designed to simplify it's operation, extend it's applications and
allow documentation with CCTV and photographic cameras. All the
accessories are optically matched to the endoscopes to ensure ease
and speed of operation.
Basic program with fixed
inbuilt directions of view in diverse variants. Standard angle of
view: 55。. Directions of view: 0。/45。/90。/110。. Probe-ø 3/4/6/8/10/12/15
mm, lengths from 125-3330 mm.
Endoscope with a swing prism to
steplessly vary the viewing direction over the range of 15。 - 110。giving
a total viewing angle of 140。 without changing the endoscope. Angle
of view: 45。. Probe-ø 6/8/9.3/12/14 mm, lengths from 215-1440
mm.
Endoscope with infinitely variable
zoom objective-field of view 7。-35。-for general view and detailed
inspection during the same procedure. Viewing directions 0。/45。/60。/90。.
Probe-Ø 8/10/12 mm, lengths from 320-920 mm.
Endoscope with swing
prism -total angle of view 130。 -and variable zoom objective -field
of view 7。-35。 -for universal applications. Probe-Ø 12/14

Endoscope with a precise, endlessly
rotatable probe to enable 360。 scan at 90。 side viewing direction
without rotating the ocular and connected light guide. Probe-Ø
6/8/10 mm, lengths from 210-1210 mm.
This two part angled endoscope
with rotatable and itnerchangeable offers 360。 scanning in
a lateral direction for the inspection of difficult access areas(vehicles,
construction etc.). Interchangeable probe also available with swing
prism(see multiscope). Probe- Ø8/9.3 mm, lengths from 150-850
mm.
In place of the fibre optic cold light illumination
a miniature halogen lamp is built into the objective head of the
endoscope. The modular construction using extending tubes allow
working lengths up to 13 m. Exchangeable objective heads 0。/45。/90。

Light transmission
cables in a flexible, black armoured sheathing. Supplied with either
a FOT light source plug or with a universal fitting to accept adapters
for alternative light sources.
For 0。 direct viewing
endoscopes. Tube converts the endoscope to side viewing and will
rotate on the probe to allow 360。 scan. Viewing directions: 45。/60。/90。/110。.
